Send your artwork
Send us your vector artwork. If you don't have one, we'll design the card for you.

Proof and approval
We prepare a print proof. Color, cut and text placement are sent for your approval.

Production
The approved file goes to our offset or thermal retransfer line. Lamination and cutting happen at the same facility.

Inspection and shipping
Every batch is checked by eye and by measurement, then shipped.

Where does Polinit manufacture cards?
At our own facility in Topkapı, Istanbul: Davutpaşa Cad. TİM 2 İş Merkezi No: 291. Printing, lamination, cutting and chip encoding all happen under one roof — we don't outsource any of it.
What's the minimum order quantity?
For standard credit-card-sized cards (85.6 × 54 mm) we produce in multiples of 10: 10, 20, 30, and so on. Custom-cut cards start at 4 and multiples of 4, printed lanyards at 17 and multiples of 17, and metal badges start at 10.
Do you design the card if I don't have artwork?
Yes. We prepare the design for the card we produce. Send us your logo and the information you'd like on the card, and we'll send a print proof for your approval.
How does the order process work?
Four steps: you send your artwork, we prepare a print proof for your approval, the approved file goes to production, and every batch is measured and tested before shipping. Nothing goes to production before the sample is approved.
