About this product
The room key card is produced with a magnetic-stripe or RFID body to match the hotel's existing lock system; tell us which system you have and we'll pick the right type. The DND card hung on the door carries a Do Not Disturb message on one side and a Please Clean the Room message on the other. The towel card is left in the bathroom and tells housekeeping whether the guest wants a towel change. The PVC body withstands moisture and constant handling, and unlike its cardboard equivalents, doesn't wear out in a single season.

The approved file goes to our offset or thermal retransfer line. Lamination and cutting happen at the same facility.

Will the room key card work with our existing lock system?
Tell us your lock system and we'll pick the right body: we produce a magnetic-stripe card if your system runs on stripes, or an RFID card if it's contactless. If you're not sure, send us a sample of the card you currently use.
Why is the DND card PVC — isn't cardboard cheaper?
A cardboard DND card wears out within a single season from moisture and constant handling, and ends up being reprinted several times a year. The PVC body costs more the first time, but because it lasts for years, it works out cheaper overall.
Can the cards be printed in more than one language?
Yes. We print DND cards with a message in two or more languages — this is the standard approach for hotels with a lot of international guests.
Is it produced to match the hotel's own design?
Yes. The room card, DND card, towel card, and key sleeve are all prepared to match the hotel's corporate design. If you don't have artwork, we'll prepare it and send it for your approval.
