What's the minimum order quantity for plastic cards?
We produce standard credit-card-size cards (85.6 × 54 mm) in batches of 10 and multiples of 10 — so 10, 20, 30, and so on. Custom-cut sizes have a minimum of 4 and multiples of 4. If you only need a single blank card, get in touch directly and we'll see what we can do outside a standard production run.
How long does plastic card production take?
Production starts once you approve the proof, and the job is ready to ship within 1-5 business days. The exact time depends on quantity and on what technology is added to the card; we confirm the delivery date in writing when you place the order.
Why is the card 760 microns thick?
760 microns is the thickness defined by the ISO 7810 ID-1 standard — the same as a bank card. Card readers, wallet slots and printer feed trays are all built around this measurement, so anything off-standard risks jamming or not being read.
I don't have artwork — can you design it for me?
Yes. We prepare the artwork for any card we produce. Send us your logo and the information you want on the card, and we'll send a print proof for your approval.
