About Acrylic Sign Holders
A sign holder is a simple way to keep paper upright and readable on a table. The clear acrylic surface doesn't get in the way of the content — it shows the color and text exactly as printed. The insert slides in, so when a promotion changes you swap the paper, not the stand. There are no screws, separate base or assembly — it's ready to use straight out of the box. Which body type you need depends on how the table is used: L-shape if the content only needs to be seen from one side, T-shape if there are people on both sides of the table. Both types are produced in A4, A5 and A6.

Frequently asked questions about Acrylic Sign Holders. If you don't find your question here, you can call us.
Should I get the L-shape or the T-shape?
Decide based on how many sides the content needs to be seen from. If customers only sit on one side of the table, or the holder sits behind a counter, L-shape is enough. If it's going in the middle of a table with people sitting on both sides, T-shape is the right choice — it shows the same content from both directions, or can carry two different inserts back to back if you want.
Which size should I choose?
That depends on how much space your content needs. A4 (210 × 297 mm) suits a full-page menu or price list; A5 (148 × 210 mm) suits a short menu or promotion notice; A6 (105 × 148 mm) is right for single-line content like a price tag, QR code or table number.
Do you also prepare the insert that goes inside it?
Yes. We design and print the menu, price list or QR-code insert to fit the holder's size. If you already have finished artwork we'll print it as is; if not, we'll prepare it using your corporate colors and typeface.
How do I clean the acrylic?
Use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Don't wipe a dusty surface hard with a dry cloth — the dust particles will scratch it. Acetone, thinner, high-alcohol cleaners, solvent-based products and abrasive sponges will dull the acrylic — avoid all of them.
