About this product
Corporate colors and logo are applied to satin-weave fabric by sublimation printing. Because sublimation dye is worked into the fabric rather than sitting on top, the print doesn't fade with use or crack — full-color designs with photographic detail can be printed too. Produced in 15, 20 and 25 mm widths. The end fitting is a metal clip with a plastic connector; the breakaway buckle releases under a sudden pull to prevent a choking hazard.

What is sublimation printing, and does the print fade over time?
In sublimation, heat turns the dye into a gas that bonds directly into the fabric fibers, so no layer is left sitting on the surface. That means the print doesn't crack, doesn't wear off with use, and doesn't fade in the wash. Full-color designs with gradients and photographic detail can be printed too.
Does the breakaway buckle come standard?
Yes. A buckle that releases under a sudden pull is fitted as standard. It's there so the lanyard doesn't become a choking hazard if it catches on something — this part shouldn't be left out.
Which width should I choose?
15 and 20 mm are the most commonly used widths. If your logo is detailed or you need two lines of text, go with 25 mm.
What's the minimum production quantity?
We produce in batches of 17 and multiples of 17. Print setup and cutting are fixed costs, so the unit price rises at lower quantities — tell us the quantity you need and we'll work out the price together.
