About this product
Event badge cards are usually larger than the standard card size, because the name and organization need to be readable from a distance. These cards can be produced in any size and thickness; the cut dimensions and hole placement are set to match the design.

Send your artwork
Send us your vector artwork. If you don't have one, we'll design the card for you.

Proof and approval
We prepare a print proof. Color, cut and text placement are sent for your approval.

The approved file goes to our offset or thermal retransfer line. Lamination and cutting happen at the same facility.

Why is an event badge card bigger than a standard card?
The name and organization need to be readable from a meter or two away. That type size doesn't fit on a standard CR80 card, which is why trade fair and conference cards are sized up, sometimes as large as A6.
Can every card be printed with a name?
Yes. Variable-data printing puts each attendee's name, organization, and barcode on their own card. Just send us the list as an Excel file.
Do I decide where the hole goes?
We position it to match the design. Either a round hole or a horizontal slot for a lanyard can be cut; the slot is preferred more often at events because it keeps the card from spinning on the lanyard.
What sizes and thicknesses can you produce?
Any size and thickness can be produced on request. Tell us where the card will be used and for how long, and we'll work out the size and thickness together; production starts once the sample is approved.
