Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you request a quote — through the website form, by email or by phone — we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email and company name (if given)
• The product, quantity, printing and usage preferences you're asking about, plus any notes you add
• Any artwork file you upload, including the logos, brand names or text it contains

Why we use it

We use it only to price your request, prepare a print proof, produce and ship your order if you go ahead, issue an invoice, and stay in touch with you about it. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it. We share it only where necessary to do these things:

• A courier for delivery, our accountant for invoicing
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, to the extent their service requires it
• Public authorities, where legally required

How long we keep it

If your request doesn't turn into an order, we delete your contact and request details within two years at the latest. If you do order from us, invoice-related records are kept for ten years, as Turkish commercial law requires. Artwork files are kept after an order only in case of a reprint, and deleted immediately on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time whether we hold data about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a decision based solely on automated processing. Write to info@polinit.com and we'll respond as soon as possible, within thirty days at the latest.
