About this product
Your company's legal name, tax office and tax number, address, and IBAN are gathered onto a single card. It's handed to accounting so the invoice gets cut with the right details — unlike information written on paper, it doesn't get lost or misread. With a QR code added, the information can be scanned by phone and saved directly. For companies with more than one bank account, the back can be dedicated entirely to account details.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about Billing Information Cards. If you don't find your question here, you can call us.
What goes on a billing information card?
Your legal company name, tax office and tax number, full address, and IBAN. If you'd like, the front can be dedicated to corporate identity and the back entirely to billing and account details.
Can more than one bank account be shown on the card?
Yes. In the multi-account version, the back is dedicated entirely to a list of IBANs, with a separate line printed for each bank.
What does the QR code do?
Scanning the QR code printed on the card sends the billing and account details straight to a phone. Accounting no longer has to type the information by hand, which removes the risk of a mistyped IBAN.
Does it replace a business card?
It serves a different purpose. A business card introduces a person; a billing information card carries the company's payment and invoicing details. The two are usually given out together.
